Withdrawal Policy

For contracts on the provision of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, there is no statutory right of withdrawal if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

In practice this applies to all bookings with us: you book a specific apartment for specific arrival and departure dates. The exclusion also covers the additional services booked for that stay (e.g. cleaning, linen packages, a parking space, early check-in or late check-out), because they are tied to the same dates.

You can of course still cancel your booking under our cancellation terms. You selected the applicable policy during the booking process; it is stated on your booking confirmation. You can find the details at /cancellation-policy.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal if you conclude a contract with us off-premises or by distance communication that is not tied to a specific date or period – for example the purchase of a voucher without a fixed date, or the free creation of a customer account.

The following withdrawal instructions apply in those cases.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Loftigo UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by Mr Christopher Martin Müller, Vollmühle 24a, 52538 Selfkant, Germany, telephone: 02456 7059950, email: help@loftigo.com – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
