House Rules

Please treat all furnishings and appliances with care. Used dishes should be cleaned and put back in the cupboards dry.

If any damage occurs, please let us know immediately. Don’t worry: small mishaps (e.g. a broken glass) usually do not have to be replaced.

Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep the volume – including music and TV – at a normal room level.

General quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Visitors are welcome for short visits. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted and will not be accepted. If the number of guests changes, please let us know in advance so that we can adjust our preparations accordingly.

Cancelling directly through our team is possible. The people who arrive at check-in are the registered guests; changing guests during the stay is not provided for and is not permitted.

Please note: if the number of guests changes without prior notice, a fee of EUR 50.00 per person and night may apply.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.

Please note: smoking inside the apartment incurs a special cleaning fee of EUR 250.00.

Pets are not permitted in our apartments.

Assistance animals are exempt (in particular guide dogs, service dogs and signal dogs). Please tell us before arrival if you are bringing an assistance animal so that we can plan the cleaning accordingly.

Please note: bringing a pet that is not permitted incurs a special cleaning fee of EUR 250.00.

When leaving the apartment, please make sure that all windows and doors are closed and that all electrical appliances are switched off.

We accept no liability for lost valuables.

Please separate household waste using the bins provided in the apartment.

Full waste bags should be placed in the outdoor containers in front of the building.

The final cleaning is carried out by our professional service after your departure.

Even so, please remove any heavy soiling and leave the apartment swept clean on departure.

You receive two house keys from us. Please handle them carefully and report any loss immediately.

Please note: a fee of EUR 50.00 applies if keys are lost. If a security-relevant lock is affected (e.g. a main entrance door), the entire lock must be replaced; the Guest bears these costs.
